Programs

Can I order a custom program not featured on this site?

Yes. Please call Program Headquarters at 800-429-6223 and a representative will assist you.

Are Service customer and Accessories marketing programs available?

If you need to order Service and Accessories marketing direct mail, please go to the Custom Marketing Materials (CMM) program site located on NNAnet.com under Links / Service.

What site enhancements and additional programs can I expect to see here?

The "Coming Soon" site enhancements include adding functionality for you to be able to download your promotion mailing lists and a full reporting suite that will demonstrate sophisticated analytics on your program results.

We highly encourage you to check this site weekly for new programs. We are diligently developing new programs to promote customer loyalty, to boost customer acquisition, build product knowledge, increase consideration and generate traffic. There will be seasonal programs tied to calendar events, such as Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Model Year Close-out, etc. There will be promotions available year-round to suit your specific events, such as New Management, Tent Event, Customer Appreciation Event, etc. We are also developing several programs designed for you to use on-demand. Some examples of these traffic-building programs in development include a Trade-In Assistance program, a 19-Minute Appraisal program and a Move-Up program.

Can I propose a new program or option based on what I think dealers need to see on this portal?

Yes. We welcome your feedback and value your insight. Please share your ideas by calling Program Headquarters and speaking with a representative or you can email your information to the email address above.

Creative

Can I add a map to my mailer?

If the mailer has space for a dealer message, map or logo, the enrollment steps will prompt you during the customization steps.

List

Can I mail more people than the quantity available?

Some programs allow you to Plus-Up your order, or essentially allow you to order more than the counts available. These programs will indicate that the Plus-Up option is available.

How do I get a copy of my mailing list?

Until the construction on the Mailing List Download portion of the site is completed, we have instituted an interim process. For the immediate future, please call Program Headquarters at 800-429-6223and place a request for your list.

Why can’t I Plus-Up some programs?

There may be any number of reasons why the Plus-Up option is not available for a program. Possible reasons include; it may be an exclusive private offer for a select and specific group of customers, or there could be a limited supply of an offer such as tickets to an event and we need to prevent over redemption.

Gifts

Do I have to order a gift with the program?

It depends on the program. For some programs featuring a gift offer in the mailer is optional and you will be able to select the corresponding creative version. For some programs, you will be able to select which gift you want to feature. And for some programs the gift offer is an integral part of the program and not optional. Each program will indicate the options involving the gift(s).

If the program indicates that a gift is required, do I have to feature the gift?

Yes. For the programs that the gift is not optional, we are not able to accommodate this request.

Billing

What are the payment options?

All programs are billed through your Non-Vehicle Account (NVA).

Can I pay with a credit card?

No. We are not able to accept credit cards.

Will an invoice be sent to us?

No. Your enrollment confirmation is your invoice.

Why was I charged tax?

State and local tax is assessed on every program for the taxable components. These charges will be reflected in your NVA account statement.

Can I make changes to my order or imprint information after submitting the order?

Yes, you can make changes until the enrollment deadline. Please contact PHQ for further assistance.
